I COMPLETELY forgot about posting up one of the poems I wrote after my blog on Monday, so here it is, a day late! Sorry!
I Just Wanted You To Know…
It is impossible to describe
My love for you,
Words could never quite justify
My feelings.
You’re always there for me,
Like a good friend,
Lending A hand when all others
Have lost hope.
I find that at times I hate you,
And wonder why you are the way you are,
But I could never stay mad at
you for more than a second.
No matter how many mistakes I make,
Or how lost or confused I am,
I know that I can talk to you,
And the weight will be lifted off my chest.
At times I wonder how I got so lucky,
Having someone like you in my life,
And I think that I
Really don’t deserve you.
But I promise that I will always cherish
Every moment we have together,
For I know that it won’t last forever,
And I just wanted you to know,
I love you so much…
(It's more of a love letter then a poem, but it's one of my favorites, so yeah... =)
